A lifelong passion for classic cars has become a full-time enterprise for the Samuel Laurence team. The company is a leader in the sourcing and supply of world class classic cars.
Samuel Laurence approached Carrousel to design a brand identity which set them apart in a highly established market. Being one of the youngest specialists in the country we opted to steer the creative away from heraldic badges and crests which are commonplace amongst their peers, instead opting for a contemporary all-black marque.
Inspiration was taken from the clients knowledge of engine anatomy and the history of the carefully curated vehicles. The marque signifies an axle whilst the negative space acts to create an hour glass. The complementing logo typeface benefits from a contemporary, clean san serif.
A range of clean, contemporary corporate stationery was also created alongside showroom signage, vinyl stickers and bespoke number plates.
